VINE GROWING

The vine growing must be a balance between the respect of the plant and earth, and a necessary mechanization.
The vines are cultivated in the respect of the tradition, they are plowed and layed bare mechanically in order to avoid the weed killers and also to force the roots to dive in the ground.
The soil fertilizer are essentially organics (humus) in order to restore in the ground the elements used by the vine.
Manual short pruning is made: 4 porters Royat cord, in order to control the yields and to have a good bunches of grape distribution.
The grapes are protected with classical products (sulphur, copper...). The wine harvest starts mid-September and continue until the beginning of October, the bunch of grapes is gathered manually, at full maturity.
